Confined Space

A confined space is a place which is substantially enclosed (though not always entirely), and where serious injury can occur from hazardous substances or conditions within the space or nearby (e.g. lack of oxygen).

A number of people are killed or seriously injured in the UK each year in confined spaces. These occur across a wide range of industries, from those involving complex plant through simple storage vessels

Our bespoke Confined space training is designed for workers who need to enter and work in a confined space that is free of hazardous gas at the time of entry and is suitable for managers, supervisors and operatives.
